Default Disappointment vs. anger

Which one do you react to more strongly?

Personally I hate being disappointed especially if it's due to something a loved one has done. Anger for me is just a phase and is usuall over reasonably quickly unless it's anger due to disappointment then I sometimes overreact.

You?

I don't usually get real angry with someone unless they greatly disappointed me in the first place. So, I rarely deal with one...without the other being the root of the problem to begin with.

I've learned to lower the expectation....... until my anger is now more of a numb feeling. Not just in love....but in several areas of my life. At this rate....within the next couple of years.....I won't care what people do at all.

I don't handle anger well at all! Disappointment I can handle!

I find that it take a lot to make me angry! I can take a lot of little things adding up, but it's that last straw...and bang...I'm gone!!!

I get so angry I feel I'm turning purple

Pettiness, backstabbing, verbal abuse, bad attitudes, whining....holy moly, I guess a lot of things make me angry

disapointment usually hurts me a whole lot more then anything else in this world. I react to disapointment anger in different ways. I don't get angry at disapointment, I get hurt. When i'm angry, look out! The french comes out and I get nasty with whoever made me angry. once i get my anger out though, that's the end of it and i move on. it takes a lot to get me angry in the first place though. disapointment is harder for me to move on though because that hurts deep. depending how bad the disapointment is of course.

I am hard to make angry - even the most hurtful things don't get me angry. They get me somewhat disappointed. And depending on the magnitude, it will last a couple of days. However, I don't take it out on the source of the disappoinment.

Most often the source of disappointment is me, which is also significant to note. So I try to better myself, and be inspiring to the person (if any) who caused the disappointment.

It's almost impossible to make me angry, but if you do watch out cuz I'll be twice as pissed, once for what you did and once for making me angry.
