Dedication to Scott and His Family
Reading Scott's story, with all the LOVE, support, pain, and the money spent on a therapist, I JUST so pray for healing for Andrew and his family!
I just want to ask the question; do you believe that a person receiving so much love and support gets healed to live a contented and productive life? I sure hope so!
You are an inspiration, Scott, I just want you to know that!

Thanks, Luba.
You know, I don't want to give the impression that my life is filled with Andrew's situation.
Adam (12) is two years younger than Andrew, somewhat pre-pubescently pudgy (I was the same way), and he, like I was BL (Before Lasik) is very nearsighted and wears glasses. As a result he looks like a Teddy Bear.
He makes straight A's, and is on a team that is going to The World Championships for "Odyssey of The Mind" in June. Basically the six kids compete in Tower Building, Story Telling, ETC. I plan to accompany him to Washington D.C. then Tour all the National Landmarks. He is THRILLED to be going for the tours, and seems to appreciate everything I do for him.
Ashlyn (5), my daughter has HUGE blue eyes, strawberry blonde hair, and is a princess in her mind and mine. If she comes into my office with a picture to show me, or a story to read, NOTHING interrups her. She loves to swim, and go rock climbing, and anything else I want to do with her. I could say "Hey Ashlyn, do you want to go with me to pick up a load of Manure, and she'd enthusiastically say "YES!!!"

Re: Dedication to Scott and His Family
Scott, I'm SO honoured to have dedicated this Thread to you! Your post about your children made me cry it was so touching! Your heart was right there in it, the loving way you talk about your children! I pray that Andrew heals to find out how much LOVE there is for him in his family! It's wonderful that you've rejoined us again, you SURE have been missed!

Re: Dedication to Scott and His Family
I don't either. I guess I am either too tired or just not in on some private joke. It is all good though.

Re: Dedication to Scott and His Family
No really, there's no private joke. I just thought the thread was such a kind thought, I didn't want to detract from it by making jokes. But, now that we are off topic:
Translation: I appreciate your dedication thread, Luba, I really do, however as I'm a man I can only handle so much emotion at any one time so instead I will post about ROADS.
(PS a generalisation I know - some men are fine with max emotions)
