I agree with everything in the article except this one statement...

Adonaicole! How are you? I haven't seen you around here for AGES

These make me cross  :

Well that was the most most depressing thing I've read in quite awhile.

Well actually it was...

Ill-informed.
Ignorant.
Poorly worded.
Biased.
Totally and utterly unresearched.

Sorry, for my little outburst, but so much of that was so wrong.

There were of course some great points, and duly noted, and also should be given enough thought to be able to plan a better future for our bodies.

Ummm is point 23 not a bit moot, considering #22?

I'm doing really well. I didn't post for awhile because work was so busy that I had to actually work. Now it has settled back down and I should have more time to post.

Another thought about vegetarians. How many vegetarians win gold medals in the Olympics? According to this, they should all be and I don't believe that is the case. I know many vegetarians and they are sick more often than me so I don't believe you have to be a vegetarian to be healthy.

Considering the religions of India do not exactly promote omnivorous diets (although not everyone is strict on this issue), you would expect that India is a top sports country. I think they won 1 medal in the Asian games, and that was apparently a man, who had a sex change operation, so he could win in the first place.

lol, ya I hate it when that happens.

I wonder if my absence here has anything to do with the fact that work has been crazy for the past year and a bit?
