bmi calculator
after looking over the "biggest looser" thing i didnt wanna sign up for anything to get my bmi so i went and searched for a simple to use calculator that you dont have to sign up for or anything
BMI Calculator
you put in your weight and height in either imperial or metric depending on how you measure things, hit calculate and it'll tell you your bmi, on the right is a table saying what is called as underweight, normal, overweight, obese and extremely obese.
my BMI is 16.3

according to that chart DA your bmi is "normal" not underweight or overweight

know that feeling, hence why i am so underweight...and yet continue to do things to loose weight. strange stupid, but when you have low self-esteem it doesnt seem to matter if its wrong

i dont think they are accurate - if someone is 6'2" and they weigh 144.4 lbs, there is something wrong, and they are NOT healthy.

This was a skit on either Saturday Night Live or perhaps In Living Color. You could buy these snack treats at your local grocery store called Lipo-Snax. They came in all kinds of flavors such as Roseanne Barr Flavor, Oprah Flavor, etc.  |
