Bedtime routine
Since I'm not a very deep sleeper and have a lot of trouble actually getting to sleep, I'm curious as to the rituals you all perform before bedtime.
Also, what is it that you find helps you sleep a more peaceful sleep and makes you awake with the most energy?

Since I've been exercising and making time for doing things I love, I have had the most peaceful and deepest sleep that I've ever had in my life!

I don't have a routine. It's just whenever I happen to fall asleep while watching T.V.

I can exercise all day long and fall into bed but still not sleep a peaceful wink. I have never been able to which is why I'd be watching Search for Spock on my black and white TV at 2 in the morning on a school nite.

Normally I brush my teeth and change my clothes at a certain time and then whenever I get tired enough to fall asleep I log off AIM, turn off my monitor, roll onto my bed and go to sleep.

Apparently there is an MSN plugin that I may be able to get on this site. Would that be of interest to anyone here?

hmm...no routine. when i get sleepy i go meander downstairs, brush my teeth and roll into bed wearing nothing but my boxers.
i sleep awesome for the most part, unless i get a speeding ticket for $305 in which case I can't sleep too good at all.
um if i remember i listen to my self hypnosis cd, then i sleep even better and wake up with a ton of energy.
duke i will try and find the cd and rip it for you. you should give it a shot - i bet you sleep good after you listen to it.
