Default Bad dreams

I was wondering what to do since I've started having really bad dreams. I already had a sleeping problem- I am dead tired yet I don't want to go to sleep, even if that means sleeping for only 4 hours.

The phase of closing my eyes and being alone with myself terrifies me. I hate it. I constantly feel guilty, even of going to bed.Aaargghhh, having a conscience  !

So anyway.. I'm exhausted. And if I do get some sleep, I have these horrible nightmares. I mean really really horrible. I kill little cats without wanting to or hurt small baby tigers... The pain I feel in my dreams is awful. I see myself crying... :? .

I know that my exams are getting close, but I still have some time before this happenes.

I don't believe in dream dictionaries, but I would like to be able to rest, you know?

here's an online dream dictionary that I look at sometimes. It's interesting. http://www.sleeps.com/dictionary/dictionary.html

I learned something new about why people have nightmares the other day. It's a proven fact that if you're cold when you're sleeping, it causes nightmares. I would've never guessed that one but apparently, it's proven to be true.

I don't get nightmares too often. Probably because i'm not cold at night when i sleep. The heat is always high at night here. I do have a reaccuring dream that makes me feel very uncomfortable the next day though.

I love my nightmares and don't get them often enough to satisfy me. The only nightmares I don't like are the ones that involve my daughter, all the rest are very very cool.

We have a central heating, so it's almost too hot at my place.

Last night my dad was a serial killer, LOOL.

But, I FINALLY KNOW what all this means. I got as sick as a dog and this morning I cannot even talk (totally lost my voice).

So yeah, there you have it! The running cats must have been a sign warning me not to walk the dogs, (I caught my cold to days ago while walking my bf's dog)

SO I guess I'll just go to the doc today. It pisses me off, I have tons of work to do and I'm all feverish .

I think you're burning the candle at both ends and need to get some rest.

Alot of people seem to have bad dreams right before they get sick with something. I don't know what causes that. I would think whatever you are coming down with, along with all the stress in school and your love life, are taking their toll.

All you can do is get some medication and take a couple of days rest.

Is that nasty flu is your area? So many people have been very ill with it this year.

Yes, it's a FLU! I hate it, I feel all weak and my head spins in all directions.

I think I'll sleep the whole day. Aarrrgghhh!
