back in group counselling

today i started group counselling again, this group is better then the last, a few people that should help me and ill help them. Its good, cause after the bar tonight, im lonely, mostly cause my favorite bartender's husband was there so less flirting, all i got was a hello good looking and a goodbye honey,lol

I'm glad you are enjoying your new group DA. I've never had therapy, even though I'm sure I've needed it. Does it help?

Other than my endless whining to Meanon....I've never done the therapy thing. If I did though....I would think it's harder to do in a group. How do you open yourself up to a group of strangers?

yeah its harder, but they can offer more insight then a single thearpist and its moderated by two counellors, its not that hard, the people are nice, though in my group this one girl is well endowed and i have to try to not stare. normal counselling is similiar to talking to meanon, she offers the same type of insight, maybe even better cause she knows you better.

yeah its weekly, 2 weeks. i have had single theapy for 8 weeks. well this year, i did both all last year too.
