I have a few allergies and my advice for the food ones is just don't eat it. If the reaction is minimal don't eat it very often or in small quantities and keep benedril on hand. For the hayfever type allergies, do your best to minimize exposure and keep your house dusted and bedding washed regularly. Oh and keep benedril on hand.

I live on Benedril. I have noticed I'm much better since the big furry cat isn't around anymore. My allergies are so bad until I ended up with terrible blue rings under my eyes. I look like h*ll until I cover it up with makeup and even then you can see them. From what I understand they are from all the years of intense sneezing that breaks the small blood vessels under your eyes.
