I'm sorry. I have been so tired after work these days that I haven't felt like posting. I am going to try to catch up starting now.

It's been a really eventful week! Mother-in-law loneliness and long distance friend giving me heck for not writing...so I'm making up for that! Also one friend lost her Mom and wanted me with her, another friend having tests, maybe Cancer, visiting her in the hospital, my depressed friend upset with me that I haven't kept in touch more, training two people at work...I'm all tuckered out!

Thank you, tkdlady! I can't believe raw emotion could make one so tired...didn't help that my mother-in-law made some negative comment about my long-distance Minister friend...

You are always such an upbeat lady. I hate to see you so down. Think of some cheerful thoughts. Is your mother-in-law gone? Number 1 good thought! Keep the good ones coming.

My Mother-in-law wasn't here...I just called to see how she was doing after her very sad letter...I normally wouldn't react this way if I just wasn't so drained from this week...It seems since I've returned from an awesome, restful, renewing holiday that it's been one thing after another...I should have stayed in the bush!

Your mother in law is a twit, why do you care if she's lonely or not?

I just do...it's tough being alone after a marriage of so many years...I remember when Dad died and how alone Mom felt for the short time that she was alive...I think she died from a broken heart as well as health reasons; Dad died and she gave up...

Isn't that your grandmother? Do you have issues with her?

It must be really hard to spend practically your whole life with someone and then they die before you do. It would not only be lonely, but doesn't give you much reason to hang around unless you have lots of other friends and family.
