Somewhere really far away. Like Fidji - heard it's a beautiful island and has the fantastic advantage of being more than 24 hours of flight away from my house!

I would avoid going over any large masses of water...but if I was on dry land and could chose a trip.... I would love to take a trip over Europe. That way....I could actually SEE it without having to get out and mingle.
