Tip of the day on E-mails

do you read the "tip of the day" always upon opening your e-mails? I don't normally, and I should. I need all the help I can get. :?

Me neither. I always tend to neglect information I am not looking for. And the Dutch government has a tendency to avoid publishing information I am looking for.

I use outlook and I don't think there is a tip of the day feature.

NO. I learned the tips a few years ago.
