It's unseasonably hot here though. I had to have the fan on all day yesterday and will likely have to do the same today.

Seven or eight years ago, I can't remember which, I was in the final (pre-final) year of secondary (pre-university) school, and I was cycling to home. A hail-storm struck in the end of May. Mind you, we have had only 7 white christmasses in the 20th Century. I was caught completely unawares.
Jumps in temperature or falls in temperature by more than 10 degrees centigrade are quite common now, over a period of less than a week.

You're probably going to get snow tomorrow. We had snow yesterday and it is still snowing now.

that's the eastern part of ontario (windsor area). the weather is a bit different there from where i am. I'm about 3 to 3-1/2 hours from there.

I know the distance between Windsor and Toronto. Weather patterns generally move from west to east, so what is going on in Windsor and Detroit can be an indication of what will come to Toronto. It isn't highly accurate, but it gives an idea.

i agree that it soes give an idea. sometimes it's amaizing in the difference though. my parents live in brampton (really close to toronto) and i live in the niagara area and our weather is so different sometimes it's amaizing. I live about 1 1-1/2 hours away from toronto.
I'm just happy i don't live up north anymore. this snow wouldn't of been such a shock if i were still in the soo. but it was here.

I live in Florida and it went down to 61 the past couple of nights....I think it set record colds for this time of the year. It felt odd too since it was so warm the past couple of weeks and everyone already had their pool/beach thing going.

Fahrenheit, Duke. It would be 16 degrees centigrade.
