I'm having a wonderful Saturday; decorated my Christmas tree while playing Christmas Carols, really now full of the Christmas Spirit, Snow to look at through the window, just a perfect morning; and, of course, some Lifesupporters to make it an ultra-perfect morning!

Way too early for that!
Over here we have two events in December. Sinterklaas and Christmas.
The first is specifically meant to be a children's festivity. And is mostly celebrated in the Netherlands and Belgium. The last day (of mostly a 3 week period, that S(a)int Nicholaas is in the country is always on December the 5th.
And Christmas, is what you all know as well.
The two are as popular as the other. Some people celebrate both, and some celebrate only one. But what often happens is that companies put up trees and such, decorate their stores for Christmas, already in November, angering a lot of people with that - as it is supposedly, highly confusing to the kids.
Mention of consumer boycots of those stores is made each year. Probably ignoring one of the celebrations is detrimental to business revenues. Yes, it means a bit of additional work for the retailers. But we are talking about (I estimate) $4 billion on sales - so it is worthwhile.
