A Poll for All Members
What is your 'posting' method?
What sort of threads would you like to see more of or less of?

I generally answer ALL posts...but that's what I'm here to do and don't expect it of all the membership.
I was wondering though what other people use as a criteria when posting.
AND....the second question, though not part of the poll, is very important.

I post in topics that interest me. You'll very seldom see me posting in the religion or politics forums because those are not interesting to me.

No strategy as such. I post on things that interest me, things that touch on what's happening in my life, topics where I think I can give relevant advice or just show I care.
More than anything else, what threads I post on depends on my mood. I'd say a good half of what I post I lose when the computer crashes and I just can't be bothered to re-type.

I think one of the most difficult things in a forum where a group of people have known each other for a longer period of time....is to keep posts fresh. We have a tendency to share the type of things you do among friends....which aren't always interesting to other people. That's why new members are always so wonderful.....much like YOU Luba!

Merika, I barely know you and I already think you're WONDERFUL!!!
Thank you, for what you said!!! I've had the time of my life this weekend reading so many stories, and have yet so much to read! I have just been picking out topics and reading them, and sharing my little opinions! I do plan to read everything, I get another long weekend off, I don't care if it rains as I will be mostly reading more!!
I've already stated many times how wonderful this Web-site is, and how honest and supportive all you members are!! Why would anyone now need a Psychiatrist, all the help and support and laughs and tears are right here!!
Thank you, Duke, for creating an incredible Website!!! I hope to be part of this incredible family and I have been already telling people how great this Website is!!

I really take no credit for this at all. It's true that I fund the site from my own pocket and add content, but it's the members that are really the heart and soul of this website. They choose to come back day after day and joke, sympathize, understand, support and care about others and it's due to this dedication that this site is what it is.
I've said here and on other websites that I have the best group of members on the net, and I mean it as I'm sure they all already know.
