Picking where you post....
When you log on into a forum....
1. What types of topics usually grab your attention first?
2. Do you prefer posts which require more deep thinking or prefer to keep your answers light and breezy?
3. What causes you to stay on one particular forum as a member who posts regularly?
4. What is something you don't like about forums?
You don't have to answer ALL of them...but I thought it was be interesting to have other people's viewpoints.

I wonder if this should be a poll?
Good question though.
For me, I usually reply to the topics that other members insult or make fun of me in. After doing that for a few hours I usually dump a box of thumb tacks on the carpet and roll around in them.

I am 1/2 and 1/2 about topics some I can relate to very well and others I just put my 2 cents in and think nothing of it.
I post reguarly if the conversation/ other comments seem to flow well and if I feel comfortable on the fourm.

Say it ain't so! No one in here insults or makes fun of you. BWAHAHAHAHA!
Stoneheather....I'm glad you are feeling more comfortable!
I've never figured out what the difference was that some forums are so good and fun....while other's suck.

frig do you guys ever stay on topic??
My method of reading and replying is very basic. I start at the bottom of the forum, in the staff section, and read every new post all the way up to the top of the forum. I reply to the ones that interest me or where I can post a long-winded and narrow-minded reply which allows me to say something nice about my gf.
That pretty much sums it up.

Staying on topic seems to be a bit of a challenge, for me at least. I always have some inane, stupid, obscure thought circling around the back of my mind.

Paul C....I don't think your posts are long winded or narrow minded.
Duke....I DO think that you have things circling around in your mind...very ODD things!
