Default New Year's Eve/Day Plans?

Do you have any plans that are different this year; or do you do the same thing every year?

I'm going to be on the bus at night returning home New Year's Eve morning, probably get some more sleep since I only slightly doze on the bus! Greet the New Year in with my husband, have some of his incredible cooking on New Year's Day; all spent quietly with gratitude! Revisiting in Memory my wonderful visit with my Sons and their families!

I always wanna do something fun... but usually I just sit at home with the kids alone. Yippie.

We are having our annual New Years Eve party but this year we are hosting it instead of our friends. New Years Eve will be hectic getting ready and New Years Day will be a day of recuperation!

Actually, Zil, if the truth be known...I would so wish my kids were small again and we could spend these times with them again; therefore, I will admit to be envious of you on my part! The children times go so fast; in a blink of an eye, really!

Even though they are adults now; I really wish it was possible to do a 'do-over' and have those precious times again! I'm making the most of my precious time right now by being with them!

NYE I am going to the Boom Boom Room (amazing world class club, here in Windsor no less) and seeing Second Sun. It's going to be awesome, second sun are two excellent DJs from Florida who are probably the biggest unknown Trance/Electro dj's in North America. Tickets are only $25 too, which is insane considering who they are and what night it is. It will run til about 5am, with liquor service stopping at 2am.

New years day will be spent recouperating
