I totally agree with you. Anyone who can afford to pay millions of dollars bail shouldn't be able to pay it at all. What they should've done is freeze all of his assets so that he couldn't come up with the money himself. The criminasystem sux all the way around.

I keep thinking about the OJ simpson case and how he got away with murdering 2 people because he was rich enough to get the best lawyers in the world. This could very well happen to MJ too. I hope not.
