March 17th - St.Patrick's Day
Does anyone in here actually go out of their way to wear green or celebrate St Patrick's Day in any special way?

I always go out of my way to make sure that I'm not wearing any green, that way the girls have a reason to pinch me. :smileyparty:

I get really drunk and feel green the whole day.
Actually I don't do anything. I don't even pick my nose so there's an excess of greenies.

Finally
after 26 years and some more, I finally know on which day St. Patricks is. It won't be a surprise that is has no meaning at all here.

Glad I could enlighten you Vautrin!
It's Friday night, so I'm sure I'll have my usual beer drinking with friends, but I'm not drinking any particular beer.....just my regular icehouse.

I always go out of my way to dress in as much green as possible, I dye my hair red, and (even though I hate the stuff) I drink a beer just for the occasion! I love St. Patty's day! I can trace my family back to the 1700's in Ireland so I feel like it's a heritage celebration thing!
I'M IRISH...KISS ME! HA HA HA HA

I try to wear green but I usually forget about what day it is when I am dressing in the morning and only wear green if it was my choice for the day. I am part Irish so I do try. Friends of ours are Irish and they have a party every year. I drink and wear green for that. We are celebrating tomorrow instead of today however.
