That beefalo meat is fantastic! There is one resturaunt here who serves it...kinda pricey....but wonderful to eat. It's like steak with a more distict flavor. You don't even need a steak sauce.

I've not eaten possum....but I had squirrel a few times as a kid. My cousins would hunt and drop them off. A little tough and gamey tasting...plus there can always be buckshot pellets left in the meat somewhere. It's not bad....but I doubt anyone would pay to eat it.

I'm not overly fond of deer meat....but it's okay too.

the thought of eating squirel totally grosses me out. a squirel is a rat with a fuzzy tail. ewwwwwwwwww

If ever i go tot he states, i'll try buffalo. the thought of eating that doesn't gross me out at all.

I have been wnting to try buffalo, i mean its basically like a wild cow, so it should be good.
