I think it's going to rain straight through till April now in Vancouver. It's so miserable, dark and cold it's hard to believe that it was t-shirt and shorts season only a few weeks ago.

Oh well, hopefully it snows a lot this year.

I live in a state where usually one of the challenges is putting your Christmas tree in an area where the air conditioning doesn't blow the tinsel off of the tree. HAHA!

Actually, in north Florida it can get cold. It just isn't a very long season of it. We may have a few days of freezing weather here and there....then it warms back up.

Last year though, I was working on the pier on the Navy base and I swear....I about froze to death. The wind off of the ocean was horrible. I would wear this great big duck hunting one piece suit and stand near the generator we had as much as possible.

It would be worth being that cold if it snowed though.

Ya being close to the water when it's cold outside really sux. The cold, wind and moisture go right through you, regardless of how many layers you wear.

Thank goodness summer is over! I hate the heat! I praise God everytime I step outside and breath in that crisp fall air!

I like Autumn, but I don't like so much darkness... This time of year it's light at 7:00 a.m and dark by 6:30 p.m.
In winter we go to work in the dark, and come home at 5:00 p.m. in the dark...

i hate that summer's over and i don't want any snow.

the weather is really nice here in the fall. our trees are still green and so is the grass. i think we're in for a mild winter. i hope so anyhow! I am NOT looking forward to snow. god i hate winter!!
