Waste of $- they fade fast :roll: my roomate in college had one and it was pretty much gone in 2 yrs

fierce tat pain- ribs/underarm- throat (aaaah!)- foot (personally I can tell you this is an ouchie) face and obviously the gentilalia

What would be the POSSIBLE reason for getting a tatt on the inside of a person's lip? I'm fairly liberal in my opinion of tatttoos....but that's just dumb looking....not to mention infection prone.

All my tats are in discreet places but i don't have to turn any parts inside out to show them :roll:

then get a press on b/c the needles do suck

It's not like a piercing though. Have you ever had someone scratch your back and stay in the same place too long. It gets really annoying, grows hotter, and eventually becomes painful... That's a tat. The sensitivity of the area initially depends on how fast it goes from annoyance andinto pain.

I've been meaning to ask... is there a type of body painting that goes after a couple of months? At what price?

I'd LOOOVE that because I take pain very poorly! So tottoes are so out for me!

Ahh Twinkle you should come visit Florida KeyWEST bike Week and Haloween they paint your whole body with art it is AWASOME looking then everybody walks around naked!! ( you can't see anything with all that paint!)

You're kiddin' me! I'm so shy and usually inhibited as far as clothes go - let's just say that I have curves, so almost anything I put on tends to be a bit provocative. Hence, I keep it in control

And since I'm so in control most of the time, I'd either have the greatest time of my time or I'd come back to France thinking that the Americans are the most decadent culture ever

lip tattoo?!? OUCH!! why in the world would anyone want that? Jut when you think you've seen it all. 8O

I would never get a tattoo and my kids wouldn't either. Since thier dad got hep C from getting his tattoo, they're turn off of them for life now. You really have to be careful and make sure they starilize all equipment and make sure the ink is brand new ink and not used (hep c can live in the ink as well). It's way too scary for me to even think about ever getting one. Besides, I hate needles too and from what I hear from friends who's had them done, it's hurts really really bad. so, no thanks for me.

I've seen tatts which I thought were incredibly sexy.....then I've seen others which were over the top and not in good taste. If I were younger I would probably get one for sure. ....but not inside my lip! LOL!

Hubby's got a bear with a moon on his left shoulder blade. It isn't colored in though. he won't get it finished now and I don't want him to. What I don't like is when a person is covered in them so much that you don't see skin anymore. It's all tatoo. That's not very attractive.
