Default learning from the past

I was looking at a social site where a lot of people from my high school and college are and i was going through the list of girls and i found 6 that liiked me and i didnt make it work because i had never figured out what i was doing wrong, and now i know whats wrong, but i havnt done anything about it...all i need to do is actually talk to them and not be withdrawn.
