i HATE exercise!! I never needed to exercise until I hit about 35. I really do need to start but i hate it so much that it's always "I'll start tomorrow" |

Hey....after all those steroids I had to take....my rear end is about the size of Texas! To make it worse....I had a VERY physical job walking, climbing and crawling all day...now, I'm sitting doing NOTHING!
As soon as I have the money....I think I'm going to buy one of those exercise machines. It'll be awhile before I have any great strength on it due to running out of breath easy.....but it's worth a try. It's bad enough getting old....I don't want to be FLABBY too!

I really don't like the way I look physically now but I really hate excersice. I've got the videos and equipment to work out (aeoribics) at home but don't use them. I've owed all the machines and they did nothing but collect dust so i sold them all.
to make things worse, i've gained 15 lbs since i stopped working! YIKES!! i can't seem to take that weight off and it's really bugging me. I need a job!! I have started looking so hopefully i'll have one soon and lose those extra pounds.
Funny, I never had to worry about my weight most of my life, always was a thin girl in great shape and ever since i hit 35, it's been going down the tubes. I wish there were an overnight cure for speeding up the metabolism. maybe i'll see if hubby wants to join a gym with me. maybe then i wouldn't mind working out, if i had a buddy to go with.

More than just gaining weight......just a few extra pounds and NO CLOTHES FIT!

that's where i'm at now! my clothes don't fit so I'm wearing hubby's track pants and big shirts!
I have all these nice clothes in my closet that i can't wear.  Hopefully I'll fit into them by the time i get a call for an interview. EEKK!! |

I have about 5 outfits in my closet I can wear. 2 which I can wear in public. HAHA!
The rest of my closet is full of things for a skinnier body! I actually have jeans in there I wore to work which I can't get passed my thighs now!
I'm mortified I'll run into someone who will think I now look like a COW and MOO me!

I have that same fear of running into an old boyfriend or anyone that i used to go to school with or knew me when i was this little hot tamale. now i'm just a big old apple. 8O
