When my mom first moved here from Germany, she would take raw hamburger meat (before it was full of fat) put raw egg in it and spread it on bread. I liked it too. Then we both got real sick from some odd tape- worm.

We had a raw chuck recipe down here-parisa-raw chuck onions cheese and lemon juice-we ate wth crackers...
