I'm listening to Country music...
You?
I'm in that mellow frame of mind when I need that kind of music...

I have a special band for that. "The Idle Race" - also "The Move" their lyrics are insane - and it does not sound heavy at all. Perfect.

I very rarely listen to Country Music as well; just when I'm in a sad but mellow mood...the last little while has been quite rough so it's great to turn that around with all you good people and this laughter...I can't go long without laughter...it's just not me...

It is not country. It is almost indescribable. It is light-hearted, but also quite dark - simple rock. The kind of music people should listen to, when they are stoned.

Okie dokie. I'll have to download it on LimeWire if I can find it and check it out.
BTW: Does this make you the 'flying' Dutchman?

They are quite old - and from England, so it may be hard to find. I think the lyrics of the Idle Race are even better for that, than the Move.

To be honest....I have a hard time even understanding some of the music out today. I have no idea what they are talking about. My kids were talking about some rap song about 'a grill'. I did not know this was 'gold teeth'.....I thought it was something for the backyard or a woman with a big butt.

I am a bit noise sensitive, so the last thing people need to play in my presence is: modern music. Trance & dance are terrible for me, and the harder metals are not a great success either.
Damnit, where is my CD of triangle music?

Personally I can't really stand country music. It sounds the same to me as nails on a chalkboard, even shanai twain makes me wanna ralf.
When I do listen to music, its much heavier such as System of a Down, t00l, NiN, STP, AIC, etc.
