I'm going to Film School!!!!

It's been a dream of mine for the past few years to go to film school and today I got my acceptance letter to Humber College, the school of my choice!

It's a 3 year program starting in Sept. and I'll be moving to Toronto to the York University campus to live. York University is where my partner Aurora is in her 6th year of university and is now entering the Ph.D History program, it's also just down the road from the college I will be attending. We've decided to get an apartment on campus to save on costs and since she has 5 years of university remaining, we'll probably be there awhile.

I can't tell you guys how excited I am about this, it's been something I've always wanted to do and the reason I moved to Ontario when I was 22. The program had over 2000 applicants and I was one of the 100 accepted, so I feel very blessed.

Anyway, I'll keep you apprised of how things go as I begin the school year this fall!

That's awesome man. My sister did that up in Thunder Bay. She tried to get into Humber but didn't get accepted. Now she is at some college in Toronto doing the movie make up courses. She's pretty much done now and is trying to get on the Harry Potter movie set in London for the shooting in 08 I believe.
