I'm BACK!
We had a great time hanging out in Orlando... even the STORES in the Disney area are fabulous..... and Chloe is finally HOME!
The plane was late and then there was a big backup in customs...so we were in the airport for FOUR hours waiting on her. Jackson kept the crowd busy by throwing his cap in the air and catching it with his head. I sat around drinking stale coffee and wishing I didn't have to go 3 floors down to get outside to smoke a cigarette.
Chloe had a nice flight. They were overbooked....so they upgraded her and another 15 year old girl to premium seating....which was very cool. She is glad to be home....but already misses Meanon and the girls.
Meanon showed her such a nice time the month she was in the UK. Chloe thinks she's the most wonderful person in the world.
Anyway, I missed posting for a couple of days and am glad to see all the new members.
End of long story.

I, for one, missed you, Merika, and didn't realize you were gone, I was hoping you weren't ill! So it was great to read that you were having a good time in Orlando and it's great to have you back with that terrific sense of humour!

I4d love for Chloe to make a post about the cultural differences - good stuff and bad stuff, like things she wouldn't get accustomed to.
Missed ya, MErika, I for one DID see you were away! I guess it's cool to have a boy after all, it can always keep you entertained, LOL!!!

She is currently catching up with all her friends (school starts here on the 8th of August)....but she did say that she would post in the next couple of days.
She loved Anji (Meanon) and the girls so much....I think she could've stayed there FOREVER!
She liked everything about the area Meanon lives in....but said that London stinked and she wouldn't want to live there. Other than that....the things which most stayed in her mind is that it's much more expensive to live there than here, you have to 'book' if you want to go somewhere and there aren't as many choices of the same types of stores.
The positive points were that she felt more treated with respect and as an adult (since teens can drink there....which I have no problem with) and the people are so much more polite in nature....than American's are. She thinks the UK is quite beautiful and said she could live there.....but would always be an American in her heart.

Are you going to ask Cloe to post here and tell us about the experience?

Chloe is a lovely girl, it was wonderful having her to stay. Thanks, Merika
Chloe commented on the cultural differences which were more pronounced than she thought they would be. It took her about a week to settle in, then she loved it.

I think you'd be worried to death if she were home, all alone, with no friends calling, so I guess there's nothing wrong with being a social butterfly either.
Plus the whole English experience must have gotten all her friends worked up, LOL!!!
