I lost all my keys, or....

that seemed the case! So I got everyone that I told to think positive and I found them! Actually, I'm very scatterbrained about my glasses, keys, and watch and where I put them...it was just a matter of time before this was going to happen....

I'm going to try and be 'in the moment' and concentrate where I lay all these items down...I was never so happy as to see a set of keys in all my life!

I was told by someone very smart to ALWAYS put them in the same place...obviously I didn't listen...

I never had a problem with keys, or whatever. Until 5 months ago. Now I can never find them for some bizarre reason.

I was asked today "where did you lose them?"

That was quite funny!

I'm VERY proud of myself in how I handled the situation. Normally I would have been VERY concerned and let it spoil my day! But I just wanted to think positive and get the people around me thinking that way, too! They were all up for it...it was very great!

I was going to try four things:
(1) I was going to check at home first, (I realized I didn't have them when we were already on our way to work)
(2) I was going to check every store in the Mall
(3) I was going to go to the Police Station (sometimes people turn them in to them.

(4) If all those didn't work, I was going to commit suicide...everyone got a kick out of my four-point plan and they all think I'm nuts!

After I found them, I told these people that my suicide plan was going to be put off and one funny lady said "Ah, nuts!"

Depending on the person, someone may have said: "Darn, that means no promotion for me"

But glad you found them, and can laugh about the matter.

Actually it was a very good day with a bonus of me learning a very valuable lesson about taking care of my things!

I seem to lose track of where I parked a lot more as I grow older. I can always find my keys and wallet but I never have any idea where my farken glasses are.

A very great man I work with helped me to find a way to find my keys...I LOVE this man as a great, great friend! We can talk to each other about anything, I am SO honoured to know him. He told me about St. Anthony "finder of lost things" (see Class Room)
