i am probably going to london next winter

I am going to london for 8 days next winter for a class at my school, pending the school's approval of me taking the class. It should be really fun, i know at least two other people in the class and probably more. I wonder if me being american is gonna help me pick up british girls or its gonna make it harder. I am excited about this, and this, the fact that its nice out and the compliements i recieved yesterday have really given my mood a nice boost, so i want to go meet new girls, and britsh ones are as good as any.

Hey, who says you are single next winter?

Keep working on your self, and it should be no problem to have a good gf by that time. Try to keep in that positive mood, even though you will suffer setbacks from time to time, as everybody does.

Well, im not so optimistic about saying that i would have a gf by then, i have tried to set time tables before and it doesnt work, one girl who i would like as a gf is going on the trip, i just dont expect it to happen that soon. I need to go out and meet new girls, the ones i know now are not good, save one. It would be nice to have a gf by then, but im not in a rush anymore, i do want to start dating soon, and start meeting some girls..preferablly ones who are less inhibitied.

Never rush yourself to achieve anything unless it is required for your studies.
That is especially true for interactions with human beings. If you are rushing yourself, that is noticeable in your interactions with others, and they tend to pick that up. They will see it as a sign of insecurity or lack of confidence, which is a major turn-off.

It is not about being optimistic, but about not thinking about the matter. Next winter is still more than 6 months away. The only appropriate time to think about picking British girls up, is from the moment you have left the airplane at one of London's airports, till you have boarded the airplane back.

I hope you will enjoy the experience. I have been once to London for a week myself, with school when I was 16 years old. Turned out to be in the hottest week London had experienced in the 20th century so far. Hope you don't get stuck in London in the coldest week of the 21st century.

I rush everything, i walk fast, i try to get as much done in as little time and because im in NYC the culture works like that too. I hope its not too cold, but after living in NY I can handle pretty low temps. I just hope i find a way to not be over tired, because we will be doing stuff as a group and i will want to experience the london nightlife.

I love champagne. It's a pity all my London friends have moved away, I could have stayed with them. I suppose I could come down on a day trip, or you and your friends could come and visit Nottingham if you have any free time. Let me know when you have the details, DA.

I'll be in NY before then, of course. That reminds me, would you PM me the name of some of those hotels you found for me? I want to check them out on the net. Lorro is still looking at inclusives but if we can find cheap flight then booking direct may be cheaper. Cheers

i should have the details in the next few weeks, after i get approved. I know for sure im there for 8 days and that it costs more then it should $2200.

Im sure we will figure something out so we can meet up.
