This one is my personal favorite:

38 Become personal, insulting and rude as soon as you perceive that your opponent has the upper hand.
In becoming personal you leave the subject altogether, and turn your attack on the person by remarks of an offensive and spiteful character.
This is a very popular technique, because it takes so little skill to put it into effect.

i've been in situation where people will use that technique on me. i quickly call them on it and go right back to the topic. LOL!!

it's so obvious when someone uses that tactic isn't it? LOL

My kids use that one. Isn't it annoying to argue with a teen? They think they are so smart and savy ... while you are standing there just knowing their are too stupid to live. HAHA!
