Everytime save once. The only hope I have of using a gym regularily is when I have one at home, then I use it.

Never. But I never joined a gym. I do have a subscription to a thing, which I forget to cancel for a few years now. Luckily it is only 2 euros a year.

I joined a gym and worked out faithfully about two-three times a week for about three years until the gym closed...I miss it! So I've gone on to Plan B which is exercising at home and a lot of walking during Spring, Summer, and early Autumn. This year I plan on 'picking up the pace' and see if I could 'lose some excess baggage'.

I think I joined a gym twice in my life and stopped going within 6 months. I don't do well at home either because I get distracted by other things that need to be done. When I joined Taekwondo I didn't think I would stick with it either but the people made the work outs more enjoyable and of course we get to do more than treadmills and weights. It is more social, I get my exercise, I learn new things all the time and I have tons of fun. I have been doing it for 10 years now and am also helping my instructor teach it.

You should have stuck with it. No one is good for at least 6 months to a year. Some men I have found to be rather stiff so they need a little more practice I guess. If you get the opportunity you should try it again.

I won't ever hit the gym. If I need to get in shape, I'd probably try yoga. Or start swimming again. Which is a pretty all-round exercise too.

I like swimming but I don't have a pool so would have to pay to use one. Most of the "public" ones around here are private to the home owners association and the neighborhood you live in unless you own one of your own. The other ones are in gyms. I have friends with pools but that is almost as bad as going to a gym. If it isn't in my backyard, forget it. I only use pools when I am at my friends' homes during the humid, hot, awful summers in Florida and then only rarely because swim suits and me don't agree on what looks good.
