How do you want to be remembered?

I heard once that the best way to live was to imagine what you want on your tombstone or said at your eulogy and make it happen.

Like Here lies Faye she was.....

I wanna be generous, compassionate, a good wife and mother, intentionally funny (I'm often accidently but I don't think that counts

)

I wish my headstone could read

Here lies Faye- she made a difference in the world.

No seriously I would like to be remembered as a Good Mother, Friend, Daughter and leader. Who gave hope to young single mothers.

That's MY plan. I'm going to make it up in advance and store it in the garage. Then, it can say anything I chose to put on it that's wonderful. It doesn't HAVE to be true....because it's not like I'll be around to hear the snickering! LOL!
