I've been posting this morning with the History Channel on TV playing in the background. I've learned a whole lot of stuff today about some of our Presidents that I didn't know. We have a tendency to made real legends out of our earlier/dead Presidents....but I suspect they are as odd as the ones which are still alive.

Luba....you took LAW in 8th Grade??? Wow!

DA...Did you see the special on President Lincoln on the History Channel? I had no idea he battled deep depression and such. He really had a rough time in life as a human being...much less a President. You could buy the 2 hour special on there for your library. Maybe someone will buy it for you as a gift.
He is not one of my favorites at all....but it was a VERY good program.
