BIG Thank Yous to you both!!!!!

Duke, I had lunch out with lorro then drinks with work friends. Later it's presents and party tea with the family then out for dinner with my friends tonight. If I'm sober enough when I get home I'm going to try and install my NEW COMPUTER. Tomorrow, Merika and I will set the world to right over a beer or ten, I mean two

Oy! Less of the old!

Thanks star, DA, Twink. I had fun on Tues and weds but paid for it yesterday (Merika wore me out :P ).

Good news - my new computer is up and running. No more crashes. I get broadband in a week or so.

Tonight the fun begins again with champers and dancing then my folks come to visit tomorrow. I LOVE BIRTHDAYS. Surely I should have grown up by now?

I did have a low spot on Weds (before Merika cheered me up). I was thinking about what a mess everything is and how OLD I am to be starting from scratch - new house, no money, new career, no marriage. Still, I get a second chance to achieve what I want in life which I guess is what it's all about.

Lol. No Merika is not here. We meet on MSN every now and then to gossip and get wrecked. We'll meet IRL soon, if all goes to plan.

Thanks, twinkle. I am excited about the future, most of the time. There are some tough times ahead though and occasionally (usually when I'm tired) I wonder if I'm up to it. There's only one way to find out. She who dares, wins! Right?
