lol I know what you mean, it's just that I think about how I grew up and how we had nothing and I'd love to be able to leave my children in a better financial situation then my parents will leave me. Even if it only means by teaching them good skills, then that's more then I ever got! lol

I figure before I become a bag lady....I can always get married instead. Female options are wonderful!
I have a sister in law, my favorite one, who worked as a bank teller. One day she told me she was going to check out a few accounts and find out what it would take to never work again. She now lives in a million dollar house married to an 'older' guy who owns his own plane. She gave my son a GREAT wedding party and has a fabulous life. As a matter of fact...she just attended one of Bush's Innaugrual Balls....it's THAT good.
Being a female is wonderful!!!! I have NO IDEA why any of them ever felt second class. We have it made!

I had a chance to marry very rich and I didn't do it, the guy was old enough to be my grandpa, I could NEVER NEVER sleep in the same bed as him... ALTHOUGH he is the one who taught me about investments

You could have divorced him after a year, taken him for half of what he's worth and married a younger man with a small fortune.

Women are lucky that men are stupid, testosterone controlled robots.

I don't disagree that women are smarter, I just think they have some trouble applying the knowledge.

I would never marry a guy who wanted me to sign a prenum. I wouldn't feel trusted or loved. prenups are not for me.

How do you actually know if your girlfriend is a golddigger or not? In fact, how can you ever know if your partner doesn't have some other motives?

I've always made it very clear to Greg that "IF" we we're to marry a prenup is going to happen, he understands I've worked very hard to secure a future for my children, and no man will ever be allowed to take that. I will always make sure of it.
Even if I we're to start dating agian I would probably make it very clear that a prenup would be necessary.... you never know men could be gold diggers to. The only one's intitled to my savings and assets are my children, even if it's not worth much.
