I finally counted all the support tickets I have in e-mails to Canaca.com since last August. It seems I've had to bitch to them about the sits 198 times since 7/11/2004.
It DOES seem like a whole lot. I wonder how the other webmasters are feeling while dealing with them? Is there any way you can find out?
I think that's who Geri was using and they did her WAY WRONG! She started the forum over twice,. due to them having no back up and still didn't get any support.
I'll be finding out how other past and present customers who've written reviews are feeling once the sites are off Canaca's servers. I'll be contacting as many of these folks as possible and asking if they'd like to contribute to the BBB complaint.
