door to door selling
This girl from this local college came to my door selling magazine subscriptions, i hate when people try to sell me things, but i will listen to them, and she got me to buy, with me having sales experience i understand how hard sales is, so i helped her out. She was pretty, so that helped, lol...she asked to come in my apartment, which was strange, i looked like such a bum, its 3pm i havnt showered, beer cans are all over the floor because i was cleaning. i havnt shaved in 3 days, My life is way to sheltered, i need to go out more, lol.

I hate door to doors. Usually I am not too bothered (I don't live on a main street, to say it euphemistically) though. The funny thing is, when I tell them the truth, they always must think, that either I am completely lying, or that I am a complete wacko.  |

I guess I thought the door to door selling thing was strictly American. One of those nuisence things we do. I didn't picture anyone in a European Country having to deal with door to door sales people.

I do know a couple of people who do door to doors sales. They make / made decent money per hour.

I don't know about the U.S., Vautrin, but I'll give it a try here in Canada and let you know.... it may be a touch difficult since I'm not as young as I once was....maybe there is a desperate old man there somewhere...

I guess you need to define "sell yourself". Sexually, yes that is illegal. Does selling your services such as lawn care count as selling yourself. Maybe indirectly. Good question.
