doing something because of spite or anger

Do you ever do something to someone because they did something you didnt like?

I have sought revenge for being wronged in the past, usually its minor stuff, like today when i didnt take notes for the girl that i had problems with over the weekend when she missed class, even though i knew that it was wrong, but i could get away with it.

It sounds more to me like your being used by your friends. I can't remember ever taking notes because a friend was sick.

This isn't revenge, DA. Revenge is when you cause or allow something bad to happen to someone, rather than witholding a favour. You owe no-one favours (even if they are ones which take little effort).

You are feeling guilty because this girl is a friend and you'd usually do that for friends. You're annoyed because you wanted more. That's fine, you'll get over it and I'm sure she'll understand.

People took notes for me all the time when I skipped class. If they didn't I'd have had to actually turn up 8O

ok, yeah im feeling guilty, your right. Getting over her isnt gonna be easy, i have to see her 6-7 hours a week, plus i talk to her online and on the phone.

Ill use a different example for revenge...this one girl in high school tried to get me expelled and if i ever see here again, im not sure if i could stop myself from violence....hmm thats more of a grudge then revenge, i know i have a revenge story somewhere.

Tell her you only take notes for girls who put out. She'll either get well in a hurry, find someone else to take up the slack for her or you could find yourself with more than a pen in your hand. HAHAHA!

she wasnt sick, she just skipped, i saw her tonight...and her friend who i now like. I was supposed to hang out with them and work on our group project, but i cancelled cause i have to go visit my grandparents.

Its more complicated then that, my grandfather is dying, less then a few months left, this will be the last time i see him, so thats why i chose this, otherwise i wouldnt have, i would have just gone and seen the girl. I am gonna call her during the meeting so i can keep up to date on whats happening and try and get her to hang out with me.
