Default Dogs

Somebody that lives at my yapartment complex left their twi small dogs outside, and one of the dogs tried to bit me when i walked by. I really dont liike dogs. I think i am going to complain to mangement, because if i dont and i get bit, im going to kill the dog. I wonder if I would get evicted for killing somebody's pet.

Umm, I think you would get evicted. Unless it was purely for self-defence.

However, if you get bitten, and complain to the management, either the owner gets evicted, or the dog may end up getting a termination treatment.

Are dogs actually allowed in the complex? If so, are they allowed to be outside, without being on a leash or anything?

they are allowed, but they should be on a leash, or at least supervised, th eowner wasnt even outside or anything with them.

If that is the case you already have a valid complaint. Go talk to the apartment manager.
