Do you drink enough water?
I buy a 5 gallon water jug and my brother and I drink through it every week. Tap water is out of the question here, we don't have a well like we did on the East coast. We find if we don't drink a lot of water here we start to feel sick, the air is really dry in this building and you get gassy after a couple days of not having. I haven't drank pop/soda in almost a year now, I'll have the occasional orange or apple juice by mainly I take a water bottle with me wherever I go. Honestly, I feel so much better now because of it, pops/sodas just rot out your teeth and do your body no good. My skin is better, I'm not thirsty nearly as much and my teeth don't hurt like they use to. With all the crap we eat as a society, junk foods, fast foods, the least I can do is put some good clean water into the system.

you know, some days i drink a lot of water and others i drink no water. i really should get into the habit of drinking more water on a daily basis. the days that i do drink lots of water, i feel good.
i don't drink pop anymore either. i used to go through a case (24) of coke cans in less then a week, by myself. now i can't stomach the stuff. i take one sip of coke and i feel nausiated. I drink a lot of juice but when i do go out, i drink bottled water.

During the summer i normally drink atleast 5000 ML a day. I have a 1000 ML(about 32 oz.) nalgene water bottle (sweet) that i take if i'm gonna go to someones house or i carry it around my house.
I used to drink ALOT of mountain dew and juice and i felt tired and sluggish all the time. now i drink alot of water and it's amazing just how much difference that makes in how i feel.
I heard somewhere that something like 75% of all people are dehydrated and we just don't realize it cus are bodies get used to the feeling.

I drink more water than I need when I'm really active. Lately I've been a sloth and have done nothing, combine this with the fact that I've been drinking a lot of pop lately and now you have the reason I'm starting to resemble dehydrated fruit.

I bet FEW people drink enough water. Without it, there can be weight gain, bad skin, bad hair, headaches, eye strain and a general crappy feeling. My kids will drink the bottled kind.....but don't like it out of the faucet. (We DO have funky tasting water due to all the sulphur being close to the ocean.)

Most people won't drink enough water, but most drinks contain high amounts of water.
And drinking high amounts of water on a daily basis can be poisonous (we are talking multiple gallons of water).
And me? I could do better ...

I don't drink enough water because it makes me want to *** all the time! I was told that if I continued to drink it regularly on a daily basis, that problem would eventually be solved!
But I'm too inconsistent still, I love herbal tea, and I'm trying to get a taste for Green tea as well, inconsistent with that, too.

Thank you for that input, I will try to start drinking water regularly if that's the case! I would love to go to the bathroom less, I don't at work much but boy, do I at home!! Sorry, folks, as my youngest son says TMI (too much information!)
