Repair and Donate Toys
Keep it Simple
Create Photo Ornaments (One year when my Granddaughter was about two, I decorated the tree and just put pictures of her within the tree, it looked just beautiful! I may just do it again this year now that I have two beautiful granddaughters!

Oh, I'm glad you found and used that link. Feel free to use any of them that you think would be nice over here since they both have different members. I should get them posted here too but I run out of time and energy. Hunting up all those links everyday is such a chore. I need a STAFF of people...no ELVES, I need a bunch of freebie elves!

We've always changed our Christmas around depending on what the situation was. Depends on if we are going someplace else or family is coming here. For a few years we did it a day early just to screw up the neighborhood and one year we did it a day afterward to make it last longer. One year, we went out on Christmas eve ONLY to buy everything...that was really fun and exciting. Last year, we bought a white tree for something different.

Also, when we decorate, the rule is nothing can be the same place it was the year before. Not even the tree. The kids like the challenge and it keeps Christmas fresh each year.
