BBQ Time!
We just put four full slabs of pork spareribs on the smoker. With Hickory.
Yum!
Five or six hours to go.

I BBQ'd a couple of Sirloins last night for my daughter and I; showed her how to cook Chicago. I also sauteed up some beautiful mushrooms to have with the meat; mmmmmnnn.

Could you send some leftovers by Courier?

I am still waiting for that cup of coffee you sent me. So, I don't expect them to do miracles this time around.
24th of September is National Braai (BBQ) Day in SA (actually it is Heritage Day, but it boils down to Braai Day).

Funny, but I thought of you, Vautrin, when I mentioned 'courier' You are now synonymous with UPS!

Re: BBQ Time!
My wife and I did our BBQ thing last night as well. She has to work today so I'm alone for dinner tonight.
My daughter's family was supposed to join us yesterday but something went wrong with the plans.
Being self employed means I work way more then I really want to but some times you just have to take off. Holiday's are slow so I decided not to fight the world today for my share of bucks.

Re: BBQ Time!
Well school started here a week ago. We had potluck at a friend's house yesterday. Today is too nasty due to the Hurricane. I love the smell of BBQing however. Reminds me of when I was a kid.
