Very Upsetting News - Page 2

YOu guys have some great comments on abortion and I think that the Abortion topic should be discussed more here, but in the Political section.

Dealing with an Unplanned pregnancy is a very difficult thing to cope with and is very sensitive to the people involved. The best thing we can do here as friends is support eachother in our struggles in life.

Please remember that regardless of Religious, Political, and personal opinions we are all here to support eachother in whatever decisions we make or walks we take in life.

As stone suggested, were we to have an abortion debate, it should not be in a post made by a fellow member who was looking for support in his decision, a decision that he didn't feel good about in the first place.

I also added my two cents worth in this topic and for that Rock, you have my most sincerest of apologies.

I can only hope this doesn't discourage you to post other aspects of your life as due to this one post falling slightly off track. I've edited some of the posts I felt were way off the mark but if I've missed some content, feel free to PM any of the site staff or myself at ANY time.

I called her this morning and Angela says Everything went as planned yesterday.

I found that most responses were very nice and made me feel better about the issue. After reading others I really could not blame people for having an opinion or expressing it. They seem to think that I had a choice here. The only choice I had was either to help pay or not. Since I might be responsible, I paid.

I had the choice to either have or not have sex or at least use protection. This is water under the bridge now. I accept responsibility for that and really did not need anyone to reinforce the fact that I made a poor decision. I suppose we live and learn from our mistakes. Maybe someone reading this will prevent their own.

LOL I wish there was a birth control pill for men instead of men just having the condom option. Us ladies have several options I am getting fixed for 10 years... I wish men had more options and suprised nothing is on the market.

Well.....if there were....alot of men wouldn't wear condoms at all...then there would be more of a STD problem.

It does sound like you had no other choice but to go that route. I really do commend you for taking responsibility for your actions even though it might not have had to have been yours. You're a very good guy. Take this as a lesson learned and move on. :wink:
