Default A Friend Who You ALWAYS Have a Good Time With?

I just came home from a two hour lunch with my incredibly WON-DER-FUL friend that I ALWAYS have a good time with! We shared a carafe of wine and I'm feeling better than I have in months! It's taking me forever to make this post because I can't seem to Spell or make any sense! We ALWAYS have SO many laughs, SO many deep talks; I'm JUST SO grateful to be fortunate enough to have her for a friend! I'm flying high, and it's not only from the wine! How incredible it is to have SUCH a friend! I'm smilin', people, and I'm somewhat inebriated! Hic...

I thought you quit drinking? Does that mean you are going to have some Yuba before or during the chat party?

But is great that you can connect in such a way with a friend.

I started up again a little after our cat disappeared in August...that was a difficult time for both my husband and I. We absolutely LOVED that Miracle Cat; I have posted about her several times! Actually, it was someone that made a terrible comment to me on our missing cat during our holidays, and instead of letting the person 'have' it like I wanted to, we went to our other friends' home and I asked to share some wine with them. My friend's husband took one look at my tortured face and started pouring! I guess I never really did want to totally 'quit'; a drink is nice now and then, or when I really needed one to calm me down like in that episode.

No, I don't want that Yuha, it's too sweet for me now! I'll probably have a glass of wine or two, maybe, at the most....depends on how much fun we're all having!

Awww shame. Sorry to hear again about your cat.

My gf has been adopted by a cat as well. Now they are almost inseperable. Before she moves, arrangements must be made (and have been made) for the kitteh to follow her.

Thanks, Vautrin! Those precious pets wrap their paws right around out hearts! I'm SO glad your gf gets to keep her kitten!

One friend is my sister in law Renee. She cheers me up and I make her laugh.I came over for lunch today, she invited me and we talked. She is very glad to have me as her sister in law and I am the only one to touch her vehicles for repairs. Her friends say I am a joy to be around with with a great sense of humor.

Amy is probably the friend that I have the best time with... but it doesn't happen very often. But we're always laughing and can chat about different things and we are both One Tree Hill mad... it's always nice spending time with Amy.

my best friend dennis, whom I haven't seen in years...

I had moved out to arizona, and then to windsor. When I went back to Thunder Bay to visit, he moved to South Korea to teach english. Then I moved to Calgary and he moved back to Thunder Bay...then the DAY I leave Calgary, his stupid ass moves there. Seriously, the same damned day lol.

Probably been 3 years since I have seen him, but I'm going back to Calgary in July for part of the Stampede, so I'll see him then!

I have 6 very close friends that make me feel that way but with 2 there is that extra something special: my soulmate in Australia and my friend from uni days with whom I have shared so much of my life that she feels like family. We were saying to each other recently that besides from the fun, we don't know how peolpe manage to get through some of the difficulties in life that we have faced without best friends.
