Clumsy or Accident Prone?

I don't know a kid who gets injures himself physically as much as Jackson does. He breaks bones (like both wrists at the same time), cuts a hunk of his leg off with a fishing knife, bicycle accidents, sports injuries and then he goofed up his knee July 4th falling thru a hole at the edge of someone's deck. Now....he's fractured his knuckles on his right hand. Can't write, play on the puter or unbutton his pants.

I let him stay home today...but he's going to have to make his way around school the best he can tomorrow. I asked him if his buddy would help him with the pants thing and he said boys were NEVER that good of a buddy...so I guess he'll have to wear gym shorts he can pull down. LOL!

Stone...you just wait....life with a boy is so much fun. :?

Aren't the people responsible for Jackson falling through the hole in their property?

Well....until he started having knee problems.... I didn't think it was a big deal. He has insurance to cover anything though. If it continues to give him problems...I'll take him in for Xrays.

Again, he's so goofy...I'd feel bad blaming someone else for it. HAHA!

Ya I know, kids tend to get hurt a lot, mostly boys I think as we just don't know whats good for us. I just hate seeing kids getting hurt unnecessarily.

I think it's just a rambunctious boy thing. When I was a teenager, I broke my ankle twice, my hand once, multiple stab wounds, skinned knees...

Yep...that sounds like Jackson. To make it worse though....he turns into an invalid whine fest and uses his pity voice to get you to wait on him.
