Default Bossy Friends

My closest friends are all bossy, and i like it that way. Like today my friend told me "so i decided you need to take cooking classes over the summer."

I found that to be really funny, my friends are making choices for me.

cooking classes won't hurt you in fact, you might become a better cook then most of us are if you take them.

I never liked bossiness, especially in friends. I'm the type to want to make my own choices and decisions. I was always a leader rather then a follower when it came to peers. I was never bossy with my friends either.

I don't think they're being "bossy", I think they're being good friends and trying to keep you busy doing stuff instead of sitting around all summer being bored. They are looking out for you DA. You're very lucky to have such good friends. cherish and appreciate them.

yeah, i think its in part because she feels guilty for not liking me...its the same girl. We are moving on with the friendship. So far i think our friendship is going really well, im gonna visit her over the summer for at least a week.

I probably wont take actual cooking classes, i will just have my mom and my friends teach me.

I think I tend to be a bit bossy as well and it seems to get worse as I get older. :?

I'm not bossy and don't like friends who are. However, I wouldn't take the cooking class suggestion as being overly bossy...sounds to me like she is seeing you have a need and could take care of it by taking a class.

You can learn from your Mom....but it would be nice to take the class. THINK OF ALL THE GIRLS IN THERE...and they will think you are cool for taking the course.

it was the fact that it wasnt a suggestion...she she "I decided that you should..."

She is bossy, if im standing she will tell me to sit down and stuff like that

The bossy routine does not work on me. Strange enough, I hardly ever use a bossy routine.
