Bad Day...Keep Positive
I swear, yesterday was one of the worst days I had at work in a very long time. If there was something to trip over; I'd almost break my neck on it, if there was something to knock over; it would fall and take everything within reaching distance with it...you get the idea.
What I found odd about the day was none of it got to me regardless of how bad things got, which is truly amazing now that I think of it. In fact, I never even realized how bad things were going until I was ready to leave for the day.

Re: Bad Day...Keep Positive
I kinda understand what you mean. It's like having a bad toothache and wishing it was over, yet when you don't have a toothache you don't even think about how comfortable not having a toothache is. Sometimes it's a lot easier to take things for granted then to realise how fortunate we really are.
On a sidenote, I don't know what your workfloor looks like and if there are any big machines with moving parts, but having tripping hazzards lying around is a serious safety issue and should be handled or pointed out to the responsible persons. It might seem like a minor issue, but seeing someone fall on a sawtable will convince you of the importance of having a clear, level workingfloor, I can tell you that much.

Re: Bad Day...Keep Positive
The work environment is pretty safe actually. There isn't much in the way of tripping hazards with the exception of an extension chord I use to run a static blower on one of the presses that I seem to trip over constantly. Of course, me tripping over it is quite sad since I know it's there and work around it every single day
There really is no other way to plug in this one fan either (not that it's that big a deal anyway); fortunately there's no machinery to gobble me up when I do trip over it.

Re: Bad Day...Keep Positive
Actually I'm fine, Meanon just keeps trying to get me to lie on her couch but I'm resisting.

Well you know, I'm afraid if I lay on Meanons couch, well, one thing will lead to another and before you know it...
...I'm asleep

The damn couch seems to be a permanent fixture. I resisted for 20 years before giving in and retraining as a therapist. You know, they do say resistance is a signpost....... you are feeling very sleepy.....

Re: Bad Day...Keep Positive
Could you see me as a therapist Meanon, honestly
A lot of my friends think I should have been a school teacher as well because of the way I get along with kids. This in itself would be hilarious, sure we'd have fun but I'm pretty sure my students wouldn't learn anything.
