Default Attracting the opposite sex.

How to attract the opposite sex is a topic that really can't seem to get enough exposure because regardless of how much is written on it, the mystery still remains. It's almost comical how many people get hung up on trying to attract a mate...

I'm looking on some feedback on this article from you all because I'd like to publish an adjacent article that either confirms or denies what I've stated.

Also, it was late when I wrote it and I've been under the weather a bit the past few days so it's not that eloquently written. If you have any ideas on how I should edit the article please, by all means, make your comments heard.

Thanks.

Default Attracting the opposite sex

I read it just now, and think it's great the way it is!...But I will read it again and try to be more critical like any Mother should... Just kidding, I'm in a great and silly mood again, and, of course, will NOT be critical at all! I repeat, it's great as it is!

You have such a great sense of humour, DA! Just approach a girl and make her laugh, say something funny, it's not about being serious, with me, anyway! I'm a girl (okay, that's pushing it a bit) so I know what I'm talking about! Anyone that makes me laugh right off, I want them to stay around, wanting more. So many people are just TOO serious IMHO!

The article is fine as is. You have my vote for lover of the year!!

Really, I think it is a good article and it shows the respect you have for the opposite sex. No wonder you do well in the dating department.

With help from the ladies, I'd like to revise this topic and use some of your quotes to compliment the article. Where possible, I'd really appreciate if you can agree/disagree with specific content and maybe write a brief reason as to why you agree/disagree.

Lastly, with your permission, I'd love to post your reactions on the main page in a linked article both to the original news item and this forum discussion.

Thanks folks!

BTW Weiser, I'm also very interested to hear your thoughts on the matter as your approach may be different but your results are quite similar (if not identical).

I am not sure I know exactly what you are asking but then I didn't post that much in this forum. I am not sure I know how to attract the opposite sex. I will do what I can however.

Do you mean views from women on what they find attractive?
Where do I start!

For attraction:
Makes me laugh
Likes to be teased
Wicked sense of humour (needs to be bright for that)
Chemistry
Taller than me (lucky I am short)
Confident
Warm (manner, though I do usually have cold feet too)

Relationships:
Enjoys life
Likes kids
Adores me (high maintenance)
Someone I can lean on a bit
Not bankrupt

Meanon, I LOVE your answers!

A sense of humour or wit, LOVE that!
Gentleness, holding hands or an arm around the woman.!
Someone who looks deeply into a woman's eyes with warmth and love!
Someone who listens and doesn't interrupt, and HEARS what a woman is saying.
Someone who takes care of her if she's not well, brings tea or tucks the blanket all around her.
Someone who is a great cook; my husband is!
Someone who loves a person for their foibles like my husband does.
Someone who will grow through the years with each other, like my husband and I have done!
In a crowded room, a man who has eyes only for the woman he's with.

Men are much simpler, I don't need a list. I just need them to have that little curve that goes from their bum to their waist that I can rest my hand on...

Seriously, I like a woman who is warm and friendly, smiles a lot, easy to talk to.

Men are much simpler
In my experience men BELIEVE they are much simpler, but actually they are just as complicated as women, but just don't realise it. However, when it comes to attraction I think you're right, men are less fussy. Or maybe women are also simple but they act on attraction less often as they are more aware of what they need from a relationship to be happy and so are less likely to compromise. This would explain why, when they are less inhibited, the list goes out the window:
