Default Your movie library

I wonder what your movie library says about you. My daughter was arranging my DVD collection today and the results are actually a bit startling to me.

It works out as follows:

- Drama: 54 DVD's
- Comedy: 49 DVD's
- Action: 36 DVD's
- Family: 30 DVD's
- Horror: 12 DVD's
- Western: 8 DVD's
- War: 8 DVD's

I was quite suprised to see not only the number of videos we own, but also that Drama took the lead, I thought for sure that comedy would have doubled virtually every other category.

I'm too lazy to count tonight, but I'm sure it's mostly older comedy shows when people didn't use a lot of swear words to get laughs, I have a Lot of those!

The kids have a few. I don't buy any. I figure I can always catch it on TV again later.

No TV. I like it that way.

You would think that ME of all people would've seen that series. Everytime it starts again on the History Channel....I always miss it though. I'll catch it sooner or later.

I think it's really worth it personally. I'd prolly rent it over watching it on TV though because there's DVD extras that your not likely to see on TV. The coolest part is that some of those guys are still alive like Liutenant Winters, "Shifty" Powers, Carlwood Lipton, and Bill Garniere. It's definately the best WWII movie I've ever seen.

I was looking on the internet today for photos taken during WWII and Easy Company and what I found was actually pretty cool. It seems that many (if not all) of the actors chosen to fill the parts of the actual men are similar in statue, appearance, etc.
