Worst: any "comedy" which you can predict 5 minutes beforehand (Friends, Seinfeld, etc.)
Best: Some thought provoking program? Do they even exist anymore?

Worst - All those stupid adult cartoons; simpsons, family guy, king of the hill, futurama and also all the reality shows.
